speed paint


speed paint, about 1hr...hmm, duno if its still consider speed paint then...
feedback?

i wouldn't consider it a speed painting 5-10 mins is speed painting.
the eyeball of the dude gets a little flattened. there should be a dark underlining just underneath the eyebrows because the skin sinks in at that point. that's it for me

um i geusss the eyes are bit far apart and maybe that the upper lip should be darker?
but goood job good job ;) wanta see more paintings from u

anything under 5 hours is a speed painting to me because actual finished professional paintings can take months to finish.

I'd say more saturated colours. This is good though man. I do want to see more.

A speed-painting is generally a quarter of the amount of detail YOU have in a painting you considered final (I think).
I like your painting though, but I feel the nose is lacking a little bit of volume, especially the lips.

Nice painting Jack. Ya that looks like a speed painting to me.
My main critique is to get more variation in colour to the skin tone so it's not all a peachy tone. Such as there may be some greens or blues in the skin tone in shadow maybe. More variations in value as well. And when painting, try blocking in major shapes and planes before jumping into detail. This will keep the painting overall solid.
